Reapers
​
The Reapers are the keepers of balance, guardians of the eternal exchange between life, energy, and renewal.
They bare the sacred responsibility of guiding energy where it is needed, returning it when its purpose has been fulfilled, and ensuring that the natural cycle remains unbroken.
To many in the traditional world, they are misunderstood. Their presence is often associated with death, endings, or destruction.
Yet the Reapers see these things differently. They understand that life is not a possession to be owned, but a gift to be shared. Energy flows through all living things, borrowed fora time before it is returned to the greater whole. They do not take life as an act of cruelty, nor restore it as an act of favour.
They simply honour the balance that bindsall existence together. Even the Reapers themselves are not exempt from this truth. In time, each must surrender their own borrowed essence and return it to the land from which it came. Through this final act, they acknowledge the lesson they have carried throughout their existence: that nothing endures forever. And so they teach that mortality is not a burden, but a gift.
For it is the fleeting nature of life that gives meaning to every moment, every connection, and every path we choose to walk.
