LUC13 - Pronounced Loo-See

LUC13

(pronounced Loo-s-ee)

Where others seek understanding, LUC13 seeks possession.

It is a singular being driven by endless hunger, taking from the world around it without regard for consequence or balance.

Consumed by its own desires, it views life, energy, and knowledge not as gifts to be shared, but as resources to be claimed and controlled. Its touch leaves scars upon the land, stripping vitality from that which sustains it.

Yet its influence extends far beyond the physical world. LUC13 preys upon uncertainty and fear, whispering to restless minds and nurturing division wherever it can take root. Many believe it longs to rekindle the conflicts of ages past, sowing discord in the hope of awakening another great war.

Among its most troubling obsessions is its pursuit of the Cosmic Apples, symbols of growth, wisdom, and renewal. LUC13 seeks to corrupt them, twisting their purpose and spreading its influence through what was once pure. It also searches relentlessly for passage into The Space Between, for it understands that to poison the spirit is far more powerful than to wound the flesh.

Though there is only one LUC13, it constantly strives to replicate itself, scattering fragments of its nature and wherever ambition eclipses wisdom and greed overcomes compassion. In this way, its presence can be felt even where the being itself is absent. The Spiritual Nomads know its nature well.

Throughout their journeys, they remain ever watchful, dedicating part of their lives to resisting its influence and preserving the balance upon which all worlds depend. For they understand a truth that LUC13 cannot: that nothing thrives through endless taking, and that all things endure only through harmony with the greater whole.
